BathCo Independiente Rugby Club (also known as Independiente) is a Spanish amateur rugby union. The club was established in 1971 and currently competes in the División de Honor B, the second level of Spanish rugby union. The club is based in the Cantabrian city of Santander. Independiente plays its home matches at the Campo Municipal de San Román, which is a multi-use stadium in San Román de la Llanilla. Independiente plays in green and white colours.

Club honours

Independente is the most successful rugby club of Cantabria. The team has played two seasons in the Spanish División de Honor (1978-79 and 1979-80), and División de Honor B (2 seasons), First Division (25 seasons) and the Second Division (1 season).
